Things to keep in mind for your first visit:

• Print the Patient documents and fill out to the best of your ability prior to your first appointment.
• Bring a copy of your insurance and ID cards.
• Be sure to wear appropriate athletic clothing to allow the area of treatment to be exposed for proper evaluation.
• Wear athletic footwear that will allow for you to exercise safely and properly.
• Make a list of any questions or concerns you may have for the therapist.
• Plan on the visit being anywhere from 45-90 minutes depending on your condition and plan of the therapist.
